This policy explains what information Dhoadhi Arc collects when you use our website dhoadhiarc.com, the Dha PDF editor and the Dha Store, why we collect it, and what we do with it. In short: we keep only what we need to run your account, and your PDF files never leave your device.

1. Your documents stay on your device

Dha PDF works inside your browser. The PDFs, pictures, letters and CVs you open or make are processed on your own phone or computer. They are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.

2. Information we collect

Account details: when you create an account with email and password, or sign in with Google, we receive your email address, your name (if you give one or it comes from your Google account) and a user ID. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store your password.
Account status: when your account was made, when you last used Dha PDF, your free period or paid time, and any free code you used.
Payments: if you pay by bank transfer, the details and receipt you send so we can check the payment. If card payment is added later, it will be handled by the bank's own payment page; we never see or store your card details.
Store orders: when you order from Dha Store, your email address and the product you chose, so we can reply and send your files.
Messages and feedback: what you write to us through "Send feedback". These are sent to our email and are not kept on the website.
Tool use: simple daily counts of which tools are used (for example, how many letters were made today). These are totals, not linked to you.

3. Why we use it

To let you sign in and keep your account working.
To give you your free period and the time you paid for.
To reply to your feedback and store orders.
To send important messages about your account or the service.
To understand which tools are useful, so we can improve them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not show ads.

4. Services we use

We use a few trusted services to run the website. They process information only to provide their service to us:

Google Firebase: sign-in, the database and the server (data kept in the Mumbai, India region).
Cloudflare: hosts the website files.
Resend: sends emails (feedback, order emails and account messages).
Google Fonts: loads the fonts used on the pages.

5. Data saved in your browser

Your browser keeps a few small items so the website works: your sign-in, your settings (such as light or dark) and unsaved drafts of letters and CVs. You can remove them at any time by signing out or clearing your browser's site data. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account information while you have an account. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account details from our database. Emails we have received (feedback, orders) stay in our mailbox for our records.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to the email below and we will reply.

8. Children

Dha PDF can be used by students. If you are under 13, please use it with a parent's or teacher's permission.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will also be announced on the website.
