Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use dhoadhiarc.com, the Dha PDF editor and the Dha Store, run by Dhoadhi Arc in the Maldives. By creating an account or using the website, you agree to them.

1. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it or sell it.
• We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or misuses the service.

2. Dha PDF

• New accounts get a free period. After that, Dha PDF needs a paid plan, at the prices shown on the website.
• Paid time starts when we confirm your payment and lasts for the number of days of the plan.
• Your documents are made and kept on your own device. Please keep your own copies; we cannot recover files from your device.
• You are responsible for the documents you make, and for having the right to edit the PDFs you open.

3. Payments and refunds

• Prices are shown before you pay. Bank transfers are checked by hand and may take some time to confirm.
• If a payment does not arrive or is wrong, we will tell you and you can send it again.
• If something you paid for does not work and we cannot fix it, contact us within 7 days and we will look at a refund fairly.

4. Dha Store

• Products are digital files (such as fonts, design kits and templates). After payment, we send you the files or a download link.
• Buying a product gives you a licence to use it in your own personal and commercial work, unless the product page says otherwise.
• You may not resell, share, upload or give away the files themselves, or claim them as your own.
• Because digital files cannot be returned, purchases are not refundable once the files are sent, except when a file is broken and we cannot replace it.

5. Fair use

Do not use the website to break the law, to harm others, to copy or attack the website, or to make documents meant to cheat or mislead people (for example, fake official letters).

6. Our work

The website, the Dha PDF editor, our logos and designs belong to Dhoadhi Arc. You may not copy or resell them.

7. No guarantee

We work hard to keep the website working well, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. Always check important documents before you send or print them. As far as the law allows, Dhoadhi Arc is not responsible for losses caused by using the website.

8. Changes

We may change these terms or our prices. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the new terms.

9. Law

These terms follow the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
